Stress Recovery Services
My stress recovery services begin with an initial assessment interview. In the course of this interview, we will explore your stress history and it's current role in your life today. I will explain my available services and we will construct a customized course of treatment.
Individual sessions
Individual sessions will last 60 minutes and will be scheduled once per week or as needed. The first part of the session will include cognitve-behavioural talk therapy about past causes of stress and possible trauma, discussion of current causes of stress and lifestyle habits which contribute to stress. Healthy lifestyle goals and objectives will be developed together and reviewed each session. Goals and objectives will be customized for each individual and will focus on the life areas of:
The last part of the session will feature instruction and practice time with the indicated method of stress reduction. These methods of stress reduction include, among others:
The number of individual treatment sessions needed will depend on the amount of stress, the amount of time you have been living with stress and developing a stressful lifestyle, your motivation to change and your diligence in practicing the exercises at home. A typical range in the number of sessions is anywhere from two to six.
Fees
Individual treatment sessions are CHF 140 for 60 minutes.
